My bad once again. It's listed as the "IntelliJ Plugin" in the JIRA Issue Tracking system ( not point reiterating thats its for JIRA ). I just forgot to change it in the annoucements here.
Maybe you should give it a better name than "intellij plugin", especially since intelliJ is a company, not an IDE :)

The plugin provides the ability to browse your assigned/open JIRA issues from within the IntelliJ IDEA environment. You can convert TODO items into Jira Issues, resolve issues, and comment on issues all from within the development environment.
The plugin can also optionally annotate your modifed classes/methos with @jira javadoc comments when working on specific issues.
I've just setup a new category for all plugin related blog posts ( which include various screenshots ).

What does it do exactly?
This product certainly seems quite interesting and it deserves to be introduced via a time- and perhaps scale-limited demo example.
