Bloggers wanted on Waiheke:
Auckland City Council has established a blog so that Waiheke islanders can participate in an online discussion about the library, service centre and Artworks project.
When I click through to what I was expected to be the newly established blog it took me moment to click through all the pages to find the actual blog linked to the discussion page.
It's great to see the council using blogs to reach the public as an additional feedback medium - it'll be interesting to see how many people find out about it, comment on it, and engage debate on their own blogs.
Even thou I've been in Auckland for over 10 years now I've yet to make a hour or so ferry ride over to Waiheke Island so have little to comment on about it, or its library - but I'll be reading with interest.
