Baa Camp for me starting late Thursday night with a drive out to Auckland airport to pickup Julien Goodwin from the Airport, stupidly I got there almost an hour before his flight arrived so I spent a good amount of time loitering around (and didn't take a book). Eventually I saw someone else loitering around, looking like the prototypical bearded linux geek - we locked eyes in a way that a movie producer could turn into a disturbingly romantic "moment". We soon made our way back to the flat to sleep and prepare for Baa.

Friday morning involved chasing down Nick Chapman from ProjectX and heading up north to Warkworth.

So far Baa Camp has been interesting - the re-meeting people I've not seen for some time, and the meeting of people whose blogs I've been following. I'm finding it interesting how discussion can cropped up in reference to something someone once blogged about, or how when a discussion topic comes up and I know a lot of the back story BECAUSE it was blogged about - even thou I don't know these people, I do.

I've started to post some photos to flickr from the camp.
