How to make good coffee...
So I started to lurk on alt.coffee again the other day and came accross these amazing photos of coffee making. The photos are of David Makin, last years Victorian Barista Champ (Australia).

Dude, I'm not sure it's "good coffee" - well, I personally define good coffee by the taste. It can look like pond scumm for all I care - if it tastes good....

Mmmmmmmm coffeee..... I have to say though, nothing has matched for me the The Pas Tim Hortons Extra Large Triple Triple (I think its the nicotine they put in it)
