I finally got around to moving the IntelliJ IDEA JIRA browser plugin to a public subversion repository, you can find the project/repository at Google Code:

The plugin is currently targeting IDEA 6.0 only. Hopefully this move will be the start of more commits and fixes to come - and maybe even a new official release of the plugin...
