Leopard and Pair Programming for the win...

I've just been watching the new Leopard Guided Tour from Apple and was impressed with the new desktop/screen sharing capabilities of iChat:

Is it just me or does anyone else think this would rock for distributed pair programming, hell - this would even make quick reviews/pairing sessions for collocated developers.
