So this weeks Weight Watchers "homework" was to endevour to do 10 minutes more exercise each day one would normally do, so what does a metal loving freak like me do? Aerobics Air Guitar Style - loaded up the new Exodus album "Tempo of the Dammed" blasting full boar ( well, as loud as is socially acceptable out here at 10pm ) and started a 20 minute stomping trot :-)
