CITCON 2007 Sydney

posted Wednesday, 4 July 2007

Flights and accommodation have been booked for the first Continuous Integration and Testing conference in Sydney, Australia at the end of the month. I'm looking forward to spending some time with like minded, and better minded people to talk and discuss various topics around building and testing software.

Hopefully I'll meet up with Atlassian or Cenqua folk whilst I'm there as well.

Whats good to do in Sydney for two 1/2 days?

cool, I guess I'll see you there.

There's plenty to do in Sydney, depending on what your interests are and how touristy you feel... bit hard to really narrow it down :)

Excellent - look forward to meeting up :) As for being touristy - I've not really travelled much so not so much into the 'touristy' things - thou if theres any 'must see' type things I could be interested. One thing for sure - where to get excellent coffee (or more importantly - where NOT to be bad coffee) ;p

You'll probably want to go to the Utopia store - http://www.utopia.com.au

There are a couple of free "what's on" newspapers (street press), e.g. Drum and The Brag. Check those out. The Lonely Planet guide to Sydney is pretty good too.

Mate - I'll be at CITCON! As for things to do in Sydney, why not come by the Atlassian offices for a beer or 10?
