A short weekend trip away to Whangarei turned into a surprise trip to Kerikeri and Paihia. Sadly I didn't get any photos around Kerikeri - not sure why thou - I think we were just busy doing other things...

Some friends were up from Napier on the weekend and we tripped off to the Auckland Zoo - the weather was overcast, rainy, and generally not "zoo weather", but the day was fun, and I managed to get some good photos. However, there was plenty of crap

So I left Auckland on the morning of the 23rd and heading down to Napier for my annual escape from reality, after stopping in Taupo for some sun and photographs, I continued on my way idly thinking to myself "I've got enough gas...." 

Following Thursday Night Curry this week I headed up to Hysteria on K'Road to catch HRA and Night Of Flies playing. Much fun ensued with some great photos (flickr photoset) - I just hope the ringing in my ears ends soon :(

Shortly after returning to Auckland from my Christmas holidays down in Napier I uploaded all my photos to my flickr photostream, now come the lengthy process of deleting those that didn't actually come out that great and commenting/titling them all.
