Westpac SUCK

Shortly after moving into the new flat I managed to land myself an annoyingly large speeding fine, so off I go and write a cheque for the fine, and another check for the bond, and send then off on their merry way... Wondering what was taking them so long to take my cash, a phone call from the bank cleared that up: "You're saving account is currently $800 over draft, please correct this ASAP or we'll lock the account." to which I responded "oh shit, I'll move the money from the account I -thought- I was paying from into the correct account" and they aggreed... ...then suddenly my rent fails to go out, and my insurance... ...this morning I just spent an hour at the bank sorting things out, or so I thought - just went to pay my rent and blamo, the accounts -still- locked. The phone support monkey correctly tells me "oh, the accounts locked", oh great - time to email the landlord and make excuses...
