Ok, call me a glutton for punishment - but a few hours after this mornings challenge at St Lukes I found myself at Borders bookshop in town, I wander next door to Starbucks where I often find myself at lunch time during the week.  I walk up to the counter and theres Emma - the friendly barista girl whose currently studying/training to become a store manager.

By the time I get to the front of the queue shes already got a venti cup in hand asking if I want "my usual" (Green LA Girl - I know you're reading - yes, I drink too much coffee <g>), so I casually stop her and ask for a pot of Fair Trade this time and for once I get a different response "sure - I havn't had anyone ask for that in ages..." and off she trots to get a bag off the shelf and a few minutes later she walks out and says "um, we don't have any presspots, so I'll open this boxed one behind you" and takes the boxed pot off the shelf.

Now thats service!  A few minutes later Emma returns with the pot, a mug, and a decent sized serving of milk (enough for 2 cups) so I managed 3 cups of coffee with 1 black *twitch*.  Hmm, why do I feel I must finnish the pot and not leave behind any coffee?  *twitch*

Thats 3 for 3...
