The Raw Shark Texts

posted Saturday, 9 June 2007

Earlier today I finished reading The Raw Shark Texts by Steven Hall - a surreal romp of an adventure that sits somewhere between the bizarre oddities of Clive Barker or China Meiville (sans the grotesque creatures, although the Ludovician shark comes close) and Chuck Palahniuk or David Lynch's mindfucks.
