Weight Watchers - Take that Santa!

Excellent - just returned from the first Weight Watchers meeting of the year and I'm down 600g from the last visit. Take that Santa with all your Christmas puddings and sweets! The meeting itself went well, and was quite amusing - Wendy ( friend from Church ) and myself were the only members there from last year, everyone was new so we by default became the "old timers" and "reference pieces" for an hour or so. Heh. Weight Watchers have also just started their new program which means new books, new point values, new recipe books, and loads of other new things I can't really afford, still - having already lost 19.5kg I say it's money well worth spent thou.
