Wiki markup comes to JIRA
Atlassian recently released a new EAP beta release of JIRA 3.4 which includes the much desired confluence wiki renderer. So far in my short trial I'm already loving what this will bring to issues and comments.
When editing comments you're given a standard textarea, with an AJAX based "tab" to flip over to the rendered version for quick previews. Part of me thinks I'd love to see a live render/preview, but the flip method seems good so far.
Can't wait to see the final thing, and finally see some fixed width code snippets in my JIRA...
